Tuesdays | 6:30-7:15am at The Hub Led by Terry VanEpps, this workout will feature a combination of popular high-intensity interval training (HIIT) techniques and some light weightlifting elements. HIIT training consists of intense bursts of exercise followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods and is the ideal method for burning fat in less time. Workouts will be different each week and will be suitable for all ages and athletic levels.
