May 20 Update: Please see the below message that went to our congregation from Pastor Paul regarding a change to our mask policy.
Dear Watermark Family:
I’m sure many of you have questions in light of the updates coming from the CDC and state leadership in recent days. We have looked at their recommendations and so wanted to let our congregation know that beginning today, masks will be optional for middle school and up on our campuses. For children age 11 and under, masks are recommended. We encourage each of you to review the guidance and make the best choice for yourself as to whether or not you continue wearing a mask. We’re sure there will still be people opting for that and some will not.
We know this has been a hard year and a challenging issue. Believe me when I say our team has worked hard to follow the information coming to us and make wise choices. We want as much ministry as possible to happen at Watermark Wesleyan, and so as the recommendations change, we will continue to adjust.
Our online presence remains robust for anyone not comfortable returning yet. You can find that on Facebook, YouTube, and live.watermarkwesleyan.com.
I look forward to seeing you and worshipping with you this Sunday.
