Senior Class | Mondays and Thursdays: 9:00-10:00am (FREE)

PLEASE NOTE: Class will not be held November 28th. Final class in 2019 will be Thursday 12/19.
Each week they have a focus for their workout (arms, legs, core, balance, and/or cardio). Some exercises use a chair and small weights. The morning starts with a warm-up, continues through the main workout, and is followed up with a cool down stretch. The morning concludes with a 20-minute walk! Wendy has always had a passion for fitness, working out, and staying healthy! She became a certified Group Fitness instructor in March of 2018. She currently does boot camp 5-6 days a week and runs 4 miles every Sunday! She had a desire to help others (especially the senior crowd) and has found ways in which to do so by using her passion for Fitness! She began teaching a senior class at the Hub in February of 2019.
HIIT Class (High Intensity Interval Training) | Tuesdays: 6:30-7:15am (FREE)

This is a HIIT class (High Intensity Interval Training). HIIT is one of the most effective ways to burn fat, lose weight, and get into better shape! This class is for all ages and fitness levels (modifications provided as needed). The workout generally goes for about 30 minutes! All are welcome! Terry lives with his wife Tracie in Orchard Park and has 5 children. Terry led or co-led fitness classes for several years at his previous church in Rochester prior to their move to Buffalo. He has a passion for health and fitness and loves being able to use this passion to help others! God has given us all a temple, our bodies, and Terry has a passion for taking care of it and walking alongside others as they do the same!
Mindful Stretch | Saturdays 7:00-7:45am (FREE)
Led by: Erica Giallella
An alternative to yoga for women & girls ages 10 & up. This class starts with scripture and calming prayer. We work through stretches and strength exercises. We end with prayer and meditation. Erica Giallella is the former owner of The Studio at Anthony’s and is a Certified Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer, and Holy Yoga Instructor. She’s a follower of Jesus, mother of 5, and a middle school teacher.
