Adults check their children in at our kiosks (located at Door 5 and just outside The Lodge). The child receives a name tag, and the adult receives a security tag. Only an adult with the security tag can pick up the child. Pagers are available for parents to take if they feel their child might need them during the service. If a parent is needed, the staff will page you.

Our volunteers go through an application process where staff review their applications, check references, and run background checks through the police database and the National Sex Offender Registry. All volunteers are trained in safety and security. We only allow people who have been screened through our system to be in rooms with children. A visitor should check in with the director or pastor before entering a room. A parent may stay in a room for one service in order to comfort or help their child adjust. If a parent/visitor should need to stay additional times they will need to go through our screening process. The parent/visitor may not help children with diapering or bathrooms.

Snacks are served primarily in the Early Childhood area and are free of nuts. If your child has an allergy, please let us know at check-in and it will be listed on the child’s name tag. Specific snack items are posted at the rooms each week. Snacks are rarely served at the elementary level.
